ArCom Systems, Inc. was founded in 1975 in Little Rock, AR. During the first twenty years of the company’s existence the primary focus was to provide and install fire alarm and nurse call systems in long term healthcare and assisted living facilities throughout the South Central and Southeastern portion of the United States. During this period, ArCom Systems performed work for a select group of developers and installed systems in over 200 facilities in 12 states.
In the mid to late 90’s, a new leadership team assumed the reigns, initiating commitments with the top best of breed product lines available in the U.S. for Nurse Call, Fire Alarm, Access Control and Video Surveillance. Since then, ArCom Systems has quickly emerged onto the national scene, having been ranked in SDM Magazine’s Top 100 Systems Integrator list for the last 7 years running. We are currently listed as the 71st largest integrator in the U.S., topping the list among all Arkansas privately-owned systems integration companies.
ArCom Systems provides full turnkey life-safety, security and communication solutions, and a total system approach through sales, design, project management, installation, inspections, service, and emergency repair. ArCom Systems has Arkansas’ most carefully selected, factory trained and NICET certified technicians. In fact, our staff maintains over 150 factory and industry certifications overall, and have developed a reputation in the market as the company that invests, trains and develops their technicians and staff.
While many of our competitors may simply train one person to hold the factory certification for a given product, ArCom Systems believes in training and empowering our people at every level within the organization. As a result, our operations staff averages five (5) factory certifications each. We understand the necessity of delivering professional, knowledgeable, certified technicians and staff to your hospital, business, school, university, manufacturing facility or production plant in order to handle your critical life-safety and security needs.
Our headquarters is a new 12,000 square foot facility located in North Little Rock, AR., complete with training lab, training classroom, a comprehensive parts inventory, and a beautiful view of the Arkansas River valley. We also have a fully deployed operation in Springdale, Arkansas since 2003, with over 20 dedicated professionals serving the NWA region, and a newly launched operation in Shreveport, LA serving all of North Louisiana and East Texas. With over 50 experts deployed within the region, we are poised to deliver the expertise, responsiveness and quality of service that all our valued clients have enjoyed with us over the years.
